Trilor is a high-tech, metal free, multi-directional fibre reinforced resin material that is ideal for light and aesthetic implant supra-structures.

It consists of a new generation polymer composed of thermally hardened resin with multi-directional fibre glass reinforcement. The multi-directional braided-fibre structure of the reinforcement offers good performance in terms of load and tension distribution in response to forces applied from different angles, making it an ideal material for permanent and temporary dental restorations. It is tooth shaded to give improved aesthetics compared to the metallic grey materials traditionally used for implant supra-structures. Extremely light, it has excellent chemical and mechanical bond strength to composites and acrylics. The Trilor Arch forms are available in 3 thicknesses - 3.5, 5.5 and 7.5mm. This enables the user to manually create custom frameworks for implant-based bridges and suprastructures in the lab in less than 1 hour resulting in significant time and cost savings.
