Orders placed before 3pm on any working day will be despatched the same day.

Orders with a value of over £60.00 and up to 25kg will be despatched via UPS Standard courier service for next day delivery Monday to Friday up to 7.00pm, subject to availability and UPS delivery schedule. A tracking number can be provided upon request.

All other orders are sent via Royal Mail first class service although we cannot guarantee next day delivery.

If you require a different delivery option please contact Customer Services on 01274 721567 who will be happy to help with costs and organize delivery via one of the following further options:

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery – see options below.
  • UPS Express Saver – next day delivery before 13.00pm. 
  • UPS Express – next day delivery up to 10.30am.
  • UPS Saturday – delivery up to 13.00pm on a Saturday. 

Please note we are unable to guarantee delivery times as these may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to contact you if we are forewarned of any significant delays.

UPS Deliveries: Prestige Dental carry the risk of loss or damage to the products until they are signed for upon receipt, we therefore recommend that you inspect the product thoroughly at this time to ensure you are happy that the goods have not been damaged in transit and all items are present. Goods identified as damaged on delivery should be refused where they will be returned to us by the courier.

Royal Mail Deliveries: Please contact Customer Services on 01274 721567 immediately if there is any evidence that the package or goods contained therein are damaged.

Any subsequent problems that are not immediately identifiable upon delivery must be reported to us within 5 working days of receipt of the order, please contact 01274 721567. If products are considered by you to be faulty or defective after the 5 day period has expired please contact us for consideration of your query.
