Deliveries

Orders placed before 3pm on any working day will be dispatched the same day.

Orders with a value of under £40 (excluding VAT) and up to 25kg are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class.

Orders with a value of over £40 up to £100 (excluding VAT) and up to 25kg will be dispatched via UPS Courier Service (see 1 in table below), who aim to deliver by the end of the following working day although this is not guaranteed. A tracking number can be provided upon request.

All larger value orders will also be dispatched via UPS Courier Service (see 2 in table below), who aim to deliver by the end of the following working day although this is not guaranteed. A tracking number can be provided upon request.

If you require a different delivery option please contact Customer Services on 01274 721567 who will be happy to help with costs and organize delivery via UPS Express (guaranteed next day delivery) or Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Please note we are unable to guarantee any delivery times as these may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to contact you if we are forewarned of any significant delays.

UPS Deliveries: Prestige Dental carry the risk of loss or damage to the products until they are signed for upon receipt, we therefore recommend that you inspect the product thoroughly at this time to ensure you are happy that the goods have not been damaged in transit and all items are present. Goods identified as damaged on delivery should be refused where they will be returned to us by the courier.

Royal Mail Deliveries: Please contact Customer Services on 01274 721567 immediately if there is any evidence that the package or goods contained therein are damaged.

Any subsequent problems that are not immediately identifiable upon delivery must be reported to us within 5 working days of receipt of the order, please contact 01274 721567. If products are considered by you to be faulty or defective after the 5 day period has expired please contact us for consideration of your query.

For your information, we charge everything in GBP, so you may want to work out the exchange rate. It’s also worth bearing in mind that local import duties may be payable on receipt of goods.
