Full payment is taken at the end of your transaction on site. We accept most major credit/debit cards and also PayPal.

In the event that goods are not in stock you will be notified.

Special Order/Manufactured Items

Special order items are not returnable unless they are defective or damaged.

For your information, we charge everything in GBP, so you may want to work out the exchange rate. It’s also worth bearing in mind that local import duties may be payable on receipt of goods.

Return of goods

We hope you are fully satisfied with your order however if you have a reason to return this, please call Customer Services on 01274 721567 within 5 working days of receipt of delivery. Orders returned after 5 working days will be liable to an administration and re-stocking charge which will be deducted from any refund.

We ask that you take reasonable care when handling the goods as they must be returned to us unused, in original packing and adequately wrapped to avoid damage in transit.

The cost of returning the goods is at your own cost and risk and we are not responsible for any loss or damage to any returned goods in transit. As such, we recommend that you return the goods through a trackable/insured delivery method. Special orders/manufactured items cannot be returned. If returned goods are lost or damaged in transit we reserve the right to charge you for any loss or damage.

If the goods are found by us to be defective, and you have returned the goods to us at your cost we will reimburse you for third party delivery costs involved in the return.

Any discrepancies with an order order must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of that order.
