A new look … the same Prestige

There’s a saying that goes, “If it isn’t broken, don’t fix it.” Well… we decided to give ourselves a little makeover anyway!

Over the coming weeks, you’ll notice some new faces across our website, emails and social media. Our new Prestige characters have arrived, each one representing the real people behind Prestige Dental.

While the illustrations are new, everything they stand for remains the same. Prestige has always been about people. What makes Prestige so special isn’t just the products we supply – it’s the people at Prestige who supply them to you. It’s about the friendly voice that answers the phone, the careful attention that goes into every order, the knowledge shared with customers, the laugher that fills the office and the pride we all take in doing things properly. So behind every illustration is the same team, the same experience, the same values and the same commitment that have always made Prestige, Prestige. In this edition, we are re-introducing the team giving you chance to get to know the people who really make Prestige tick, just a little better.

And finally, as summer arrives, we know many of you will be taking a well-earned break with family and friends but whatever your plans, we hope you have a fantastic time. And if you’re still hard at work, we’ll be here with the same friendly team, ready to help whenever you need us.

Most of our team have been together for over 20 years, with some here since Prestige first opened its doors. Over the years we’ve celebrated birthdays, weddings, new arrivals, countless achievements and even welcomed a few four-legged team members along the way. We’re more than colleagues – we’re family.

That sense of family is something we hope both our colleagues and customers feel every time they connect with us. Our Director, Lucy, embodies this perfectly. Her warmth, positivity and determination create an environment where everyone feels supported—you always know she’s got your back.Combined with her drive and extensive dentistry knowledge, particularly on the surgery side, you have a true leader who inspires those around her. A respected force within the profession, Lucy’s passion, knowledge and commitment have earned her recognition across the industry, making her a true reflection of the values that define Prestige Dental and the family it’s become

We believe knowledge should be shared, which is why supporting education and continuous learning has always been such an important part of who we are. Director Paul leads the way here – whether you need technical advice, help choosing the right attachment or simply someone at the end of the phone who genuinely wants to help.

With over 50 years’ experience supporting dental labs, his knowledge of dental attachments is unrivalled, becoming the industry go-to for queries and affectionately known as ‘Mr Attachment’. Paul also leads our unique Loanstock Service which supports hands-on learning on UK dental courses and continually expands his own knowledge by attending leading dental conferences and seminars worldwide.

Ringing into Prestige, you’ll most often first get to talk to one of our Customer Service Advisers. Starting together very soon after Prestige first began and close friends both in and out of work, they embody the family values at the heart of our business.

Diane is known for her friendly, helpful approach and willingness to go the extra mile for each customer. Lisa is both disciplined and super-organised, keeping all the stock records ship shape and has a constant eye on all the detail. Together, they help shape the warm, personal service our customers have come to know and trust.

Sally’s is another voice you may also get to hear when you ring into Prestige. Alongside helping Paul with the logistics of our Loanstock Service course, she also keeps an eye on our four-legged office companions.

However, her true talent lies in her creativity. Her exceptional design skills can be seen throughout our website, social media and emails, and she has been the driving force behind our recent makeover. Creating our beautiful new illustrations, she continues to do our imaginative monthly team artwork, each designed with incredible attention to detail. Her creativity has helped shape the warm, professional identity that Prestige has become synonymous with.

Alek is one of the newest members of the Prestige family, quietly practicing the mysterious art of accountancy! Visiting the office each week, he keeps our finances firmly on track, making sure every figure adds up and helping to keep the business running smoothly.

With his calm, friendly nature and seemingly endless patience, Alek has a knack for untangling even the trickiest accounting muddles we manage to create. He has fitted seamlessly into our work family, and while much of his work happens behind the scenes, his contribution is invaluable, allowing the rest of us to focus on looking after our customers and suppliers.

Another friendly face behind the scenes is our wordsmith, Liz. She brings our stories to life by creating content for everything from our website and blogs to emails, leaflets and marketing materials.

With a wealth of marketing experience, Liz has a knack for looking at things from a fresh perspective, helping us find the right words to connect with our customers. Whether she’s writing a catchy headline or refining website content, she makes sure every message reflects the personality, values, and family spirit of Prestige. She’s also our brand guardian, ensuring everything we say stays true to what makes Prestige, Prestige.

Our office just wouldn’t be the same without our three four-legged team members.

Alfie, the oldest and wisest of the trio, has perfected the art of office life, happily snoozing through most of the working day. Bear, our intelligent and handsome middle child, takes his role as office protector very seriously, keeping watch over every delivery and suspicious sound. Then there’s the youngest, Milo, whose boundless energy, mischievous personality and impressive paper-shredding skills ensure there’s never a dull moment at Prestige.

Together, they’re much more than office dogs – they’re part of the Prestige family, reminding us that it’s often the little things that make a workplace feel like home.
