We will always contact you directly should this be the case and advise anticipated delivery times. You will be kept updated but at any point prior to the goods being despatched, you have the option of a full refund.

No, the whitening products we stock are professional grade meaning they can only be purchased by a registered dentist.
What if the product arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately on receipt should there be damage to your delivery on 01274 721567, to enable us to resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
