A recent trip to the Peninsula Dental School – University of Plymouth, clocked up almost 600 miles for Paul who then had the awesome task of repairing and re-calibrating 30 Articulators. Peninsula has a total of four state-of-the-art Dental Education Facilities based at Derriford, Devonport, Truro and Exeter, all under the umbrella of the University of Plymouth. Fortunately for Paul they had called in all their articulator stock to the Exeter office, which is where Paul travelled to meet up with Nick Page.

Paul commented: “It was certainly a long repair session and as re-calibration involves checking a lot of fiddly screws on each piece, by the end of the day I was nursing sore fingers! However I was delighted to find the equipment had been well looked after and was in overall good condition, despite the age of the articulators and their continued use.
