As things start to ease a little more and we are getting used to our ‘new normal’ we want to assure all our customers that we are still here, and ready to help you get your business going again.

We’ve spent a lot of time working hard to spruce up and deep clean the premises from the offices to the warehouse in readiness for our gradual return to work.

Our priorities remain looking after our staff, our clients and keeping Prestige Dental operationally ready for you so we’re here when you need us.

Our staff continue to be based at home. We all keep in regular contact online and continue to discuss how we can manage returning to work as the dentistry sector resumes.

We are now opening for longer …

You can still order online as usual but as lockdown eases you can now reach us personally at the Prestige offices on 01274 721567 where we remain operational with reduced staffing levels. Lucy and Paul are available at the office everyday Monday to Friday, between 10am-4pm. So whether it’s a surgery or lab product enquiry, or a query for Paul, our very own ‘Mr Attachment’, please feel free to contact them to chat through any questions or concerns you may have.

However, do keep checking back here for details of any further changes to our opening times as we continue to progress towards more usual office hours.        

Courses scheduled…equipment needs?

With some courses already starting up again, we’re receiving increased calls about booking our loan equipment. Please do let us know as soon as possible if you will need any Prestige equipment as we hate to disappoint. We do only have a finite stock and have to factor in delivery to and collection from venues all over the country. We’re happy to take enquiries about future course dates so we can get your requirements booked and confirmed in the diary.

And also don’t forget our repair and re-calibration services to ensure all your equipment is in tip top condition for your returning customers and patients.
