Prestige Misc - Endodontic ProductsSyringe Thermal Gutta Percha
An Alphaphase gutta percha with flowable characteristics. Order Ref: AS.- P1 Alpha Gutta Percha An Betaphase gutta percha with a viscous characteristic. Order Ref: AS.- P2 Beta Gutta Percha Use the syringe thermal gutta percha and introduce using the Gutta Condensers. Two techniques may be utilised: Technique 1 Place the Beta onto the gutta condenser, followed by the Alpha. Introduce the condenser into the root canal without rotation, until the instrument is within 1mm of the working length. Start forward rotation at approximately 3 - 4000 rpm, and withdraw the instrument slowly. Technique 2 Place a GP point, one size larger than your last preparation file, to the working length, creating and apical stop. Coat a gutta condenser with Alpha GP and introduce into the canal without rotation. When the instrument is 1mm from the working length, start forward rotating at approximately 3 Š 4000rpm, and back out of the canal. NB Slow setting sealers are recommended for use with thermal GP techniques.
