Problem
A problem exists when trying to hold and stabilise implant abutments, transfer copings and screws during implant attachment within the limited space of the mouth. In the presence of weak bone, the inability to hold and stabilise an abutment during removal of the screw can cause implant fixtures to unseat. Access and stability is most difficult in the posterior. Handling can be further complicated when an adjacent tooth structure prevents full mesial or distal access. While access is easier, tight interproximal clearances in the anterior present other difficulties. Solution Lasner-Swirsky Implant Forceps ![]() Lasner-Swirsky Implant Forceps bring a breakthrough
