DENAR® Combi
The Combi, an anatomical articulator system, is designed for ease of use needed in today's cost-sensitive dental office. This versatile system is ideal for cases requiring mounted casts whether they are restorative, orthodontic or surgical.
- Combination system with interchangeable condylar inserts for use as a non-adjustable, semi-adjustable or fully adjustable articulator.
- Set path condylar inserts (for non-adjustable function) have a 20 degree protrusive angle; 15 degree progressive side shift; rear wall inclines posteriorly 20 degrees and flat top wall.
- Determinant Index System allows the articulator to be used in a semi-adjustable mode due to a selection of condylar angles.
- Adjustable path condylar inserts (for fully adjustable function) have a 0 degrees protrusive angle.
- Border movements reproduced in intraoral clutches generate precise condylar paths in acrylic filled 0 degrees fossae inserts.
- Intercondylar distance of 110mm.
- Positive centric latch.
- Custom (flat) incisal table (T4) and short round incisal pin (P4) are standard.
- Arcon design.
- Can be gauged with the Field Inspection Gauge to enable casts to be interchanged with other DENAR® articulators.

Determinant Index System
In cases involving an adjustment to the occlusion where condylar path angulation is critical, the D.I.S helps the clinician select the appropriate fossae.
- Using a prostrusive checkbite record, the D.I.S. is easy to use and designed for recording a patient's condylar path on the Combi.
- By simply squeezing the casts toghether, the amount of horizontal and vertical displacement on the condyle can be accurately measured for use in monitoring splint therepy and analyzing cephalometric radiographs.
Determinant Index Kit, includes one set of Determinant Indexes and one set each of 25°, 30°, 35°, 40° and 45° Fossae Inserts.
